ACCELERATOR
PROGRAM 2026

GameGeek Accelerator is the first practice-driven, international-standard Accelerator program in Vietnam designed specifically for mid-stage / scale-stage game studios.

The program is built on:

- Proven accelerator models from leading game hubs such as Turkey, Barcelona, and the United States

- GameGeek’s deep understanding of the gaps Vietnamese studios face when transitioning from a product team to a scalable game business

Rather than focusing on short-term growth metrics, GameGeek Accelerator aims to help studios:

- Build long-term, sustainable, and high-quality growth

- Standardize core capabilities

- Elevate product quality and management thinking

The ultimate goal is to enable Vietnamese game studios to compete globally with confidence.

The program follows a hybrid model (online + offline) over 8 weeks, with a strong focus on real execution:

- Weekly structure includes:

+ 1 in-depth workshop

+ 1 check-in session with an Account Manager

+ 1-2 private 1-1 mentoring sessions with international experts

- Six core focus areas:

Ideation & Product-Market Fit, Game Design, Art Development (2D & 3D), Marketing, Company Management, and Investment Management

- The program concludes with an Offline Final Day, where studios pitch directly to global investors and strategic partners

GameGeek Accelerator is suitable for studios that:

- Develop mobile games

- Have at least one launched product (mandatory)

- Have accumulated total revenue of min USD 200,000

- Demonstrate strong execution capability and production processes

- Have experience working with publishers or self-publishing

- Can fully commit to the program schedule

Studios may choose between:

- Option 1: Optimizing and scaling an existing product

- Option 2: Building a new product from the ideation stage

Mentorship will be tailored to the chosen product and the studio’s real challenges.

Studios selected as Fellows receive long-term value, including:

- Upgraded strategic thinking and business direction

- Premium 1-1 mentoring from experienced international experts

- Direct access to a global network of mentors, sponsors, and investors

- Investment-ready materials (pitch deck, financial package)

- Opportunities to connect directly with venture capital funds

All mentors are carefully vetted based on hands-on industry experience, decision-making responsibility, and proven track records in building, scaling, or investing in game companies.

Mentor–studio matching is customized to ensure relevance and impact.
